I’m Nick, a writer and creative director with over 15 years of experience helping brands tell their stories.
Right now I’m an executive creative director at Expedia Group, where I lead creative for Vrbo and Hotels.com. Prior to Expedia, I was at Apple working on Apple Card, Apple Pay, and the Apple Gift Card. And before all that, I built campaigns for some of entertainment’s biggest names, including Ridley Scott, Netflix, and Marvel.
When I’m not making ads, I write fiction. I wrote a book called The Vast Fields of Ordinary (Dial/Penguin), which the New York Times called "the best kind of first novel." There were also kind enough to name it both a Notable Book of the Year and an Editor’s Choice. Wanna read it? Snag a copy here.
Before all of this, I studied English and journalism at the University of Iowa and earned my MFA in creative writing from the New School in New York City.
