Ally Bank

One of my first marketing projects ever was helping Ally Bank — formerly GMAC — rebrand in the wake of the 2009 financial crisis. My team was responsible for all content on their social properties and official blog. A highlight was working with Randy Cohen — the original New York Times Ethicist — on a video series about financial etiquette. In just the first year, our work drove over $120 million in deposits and a Forrester Groundswell Award for Online Consumer Engagement.
